  • Once the order has been packed or handed to the courier, cancellation is no longer possible.

2. Refunds for Canceled Orders

3. Non-Cancellable Situations

  • Orders with custom, limited edition, or promotional items cannot be canceled once confirmed.
  • Orders placed using vouchers, discounts, or during flash sales are non-cancellable.

  • We reserve the right to cancel your order due to:

    • Payment issues
    • System errors
    • Suspicious or fraudulent activity

In such cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
